Delivery periods
► Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and other holidays.
► Please note that if you have agreed to pay in advance, the goods will be delivered after the time of your payment transaction.
► If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

► Dispatch of goods will be displayed to you via e-mail.
► In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Duties and fees
Switzerland / Liechtenstein / Norway: Tax, import and clearance will be paid directly to the carrier or the Swiss Post upon receipt of the goods. For customs handling of parcels are no additional costs. For goods that have their origin within the EU, also no duties.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
